Q. What are your working hours?
A. Our online quotation system is open 24/7 online. Our cleaning teams work from Monday – Sunday, starting at 7 am. Our last cleaning time slot is around 6 pm. This may vary during bank holidays and holidays.
Q. What does your end of tenancy clean service cover?
A. Our move out service uses a thorough five-page end of tenancy cleaning checklist which meets the standards required by landlords and estate agents
Q. Do the cleaners provide all the cleaning materials and equipment?
A. Yes, your specialist cleaning teams will bring all the necessary chemicals and equipment needed to complete the job.
Q. How long does the cleaning usually take?
A. It really depends on the service you book and the size and condition of the property we are cleaning. For our end of tenancy cleaning service, we estimate between 2 and 6 hours. This can take longer if the property is in a particularly dirty condition.
Q. How long does it take for carpets to dry?
A. We recommend leaving the carpets for at least 24 to 48 hours after the carpet cleaning service has been completed.
Q. Do I have to defrost my fridge and freezer in advance?
A. Yes, where you have booked an end of tenancy cleaning service we ask all customer to defrost their fridge and/or freezer at least 24 hours before the service begins. Your cleaning team may not be able to clean it if this is not carried out.
Q. Do you clean external windows?
A. Yes, we can clean external windows which are easily accessible.e.g without the use of a ladder. Please call 0203 603 2014 before the cleaning is due to take place to discuss your requirements.
Q. Is wall washing included?
A. Yes, we are able to clean dirt from walls. Please let us know before as there is an additional cost for our wall cleaning service.
A. Does your carpet cleaning service remove of old carpet stains?
A. Our carpet cleaning service removes most common stains. However, if the stain was not treated immediately then it may not be able to remove from the fabric or carpet pile. We will do our best to remove carpet stains using our professional grade carpet cleaning machine and ProChem range of chemicals. The carpet cleaning technician should let you know on the day if he/she doesn’t think a stain will be successfully removed.

Q. Is parking or congestion charges included in the quote?
A. Any parking or congestion charging is an additional charge to your end of tenancy clean and may need to be paid on the day. Your cleaning team will do their best to find free parking or ways to avoid the congestion charge, however, this is not always possible, especially in a busy and congested city like London.
Q. What white goods or appliances do you clean as standard?
A. Our tenancy cleaning checklist includes a deep clean of your property including a single oven and standard white goods such as a washing machine and fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle (external)
Q. Do I need to be in the property when the cleaning is taking place?
A. We would advise customers not to be present during the end of tenancy cleaning, this is so that the cleaners have all the space they need to clean the property properly. We would strongly advise that all personal possessions have been removed from the property and that you are present at the end of the service to do full inspection and make payment (where applicable) If you are unable to be present, please talk to your cleaning team on the day about posting the keys back through the letterbox or, for an additional charge dropping them off at your estate agent.
Q. Do you charge VAT on cleaning services?
A. No, we are not VAT registered at present and therefore we do not charge VAT on our cleaning services.
