great experience with Twinkle Clean. They left my apartment spotless. My bf booked it online with no dramas. BE AWARE: if you have pets tell them before they arrive. We had to pay an extra £50 on the day because we have two cats and there was lots of cat hair on the carpet and behind furniture. Twinkle Clean, why don't you have an option for adding this an extra on your online booking system?

fast cleaning to a good standard. my wife was even impressed and she's got OCD! passed end of tenancy cleaning inspection by Foxtons inventory clerk, No issues. Great online booking system which mean't I didn't have to waste time booking over the phone.

Overall very pleased with the end of tenancy cleaning service from twinkle clean. I am only giving 4 stars, as the inventory report showed a few small items missed by the cleaners. I called twinkle clean and sent them the inventory report and they arranged for another cleaning team in the area to come and re-clean the areas missed that same day. Shame, I would have given 5-stars if they hadn’t missed this! Jake

The customer service team make it really easy to communicate and book everything. We weren't overly happy with the first clean but as soon as we notified them of this, they agreed to come back within a very quick time frame and address all of the concerns we had raised. After the re-clean, our landlord was very happy and agreed to return our full deposit. very good service and I really felt that we got what we paid for.

5–star customer service! I checked the cleaning on the day and everything looked ok, however, the inventory report came back with some minor things missed. I notified Twinkle Clean and they went back to the property later that day to fix the issues. I was a bit dubious about paying a premium for their end of tenancy cleaning service, but it’s worth it for the piece of mind. I’ve used cheap cleaning companies in the past and it was a real nightmare trying to get them to come back and fix issues. Worth the money!

Excellent clean. Never have I seen the flat look so clean. My mum let the cleaners in and said they were polite and friendly. They worked really hard and did things I wouldnt expect like steam clean our futon which was so lovely! Really think that the price is very fair for the work done and extremely happy to reccomend them as end of tenancy cleaners. Thanks so much!

The end of tenancy cleaning service itself was done to a very good standard and we got our deposit back from the landlord. However, I am only giving 4 stars as the booking system was down and we did not know if our payment through the system was successful. With that being said, we did receive a call from Twinkle Clean confirming our booking and that payment was taken. They also told us that the booking system was down and they were fixing it.

Overall quite pleased with the cleaning service. I haven’t given five stars because the communication on the day could have been better. When I called the office about this they explained it was the busiest weekend of the year for end of tenancy cleaning. Not really my problem.

Our landlord instructed us to book with Twinkle Clean as they are preferred cleaning company. The end of tenancy cleaning and carpet cleaning was done to a good standard. One or two small things were missed, but they dealt directly with our landlord to make sure the issues were resolved. We got our cleaning deposit back in full with no dramas.

A. Our basic carpet cleaning service removes the most common stains. However, if the stain was not treated immediately then it may not be able to remove from the fabric or carpet pile. We will do our best to remove carpet stains using our professional-grade carpet cleaning machine and ProChem range of chemicals. The carpet cleaning technician should let you know on the day if he/she doesn’t think a stain will be successfully removed.

A. Any parking or congestion charging is an additional charge to your end of tenancy clean and may need to be paid on the day. Your cleaning team will do their best to find free parking or ways to avoid the congestion charge, however, this is not always possible, especially in a busy and congested city like London.
