Is parking and/or congestion charging included?
Any parking or congestion charging is an additional charge to your end of tenancy clean and may need to be paid on the day. Your cleaning team will do their best to find free parking or ways to avoid the congestion charge, however this is not always possible, especially in a busy and congested city like London.
Is wall washing included?
Yes, we are able to clean scuff marks and dirt from walls. Please ensure you notify the office before as there is an additional cost for our wall cleaning service. We do advise tenants to do this themselves, if possible, using sugar soap and warm water.
