We fully guarantee our end of tenancy cleaning for three days after the cleaning is complete. Some exclusions apply, but we will do our best to resolve any issues asap.
Is parking and/or congestion charging included?
Any parking or London congestion charging is an additional charge and may need to be paid on the day. Your cleaning team will do their best to find free parking or ways to avoid the congestion charge, however this is not always possible, especially in a busy and congested city like London.
Do you offer a cleaning guarantee?
Yes, we offer a three day guarantee. Your cleaning team will do their best to make sure the cleaning passes the inventory or landlord inspection. However, if something is missed we offer a free reclean to make it right. Terms apply.
Is wall washing included?
Yes, we are able to clean scuff marks and dirt from walls. Please ensure you notify the office before as there is an additional cost for wall cleaning. We do advise tenants to do this themselves, if possible, using sugar soap and warm water.
Do the cleaners provide everything?
Yes, your specialist cleaning technicians will bring all the necessary chemicals and equipment needed to complete the job.
How long does end of tenancy cleaning usually take?
It really depends on the size and condition of the London based property we are cleaning. We ask customers to allow between 3 and 5 hours, however, this can take longer if the property is in a particularly dirty condition. You will be notified on the day if it will take longer. If Carpet cleaning is required this will extend the duration.
