How do you charge for the service?
Where possible, we always try and carry out a free site visit. This enables us to get a real feel for the size of the task and how many office cleaning operatives are required. We normally invoice monthly in advance.
What happens if the cleaner breaks something?
Your cleaners are trained to minimise disruption and breakages. If an accidental breakage should occur we will do our best to compensate you.
What areas do you cover?
We cover offices based in London zones 1-5.
Do we have to provide cleaning materials and equipment?
This really depends on your requirements. We are able to provide the materials and equipment if needed. Additional costs may be incurred. Most of our office cleaning customers provide everything the cleaner needs. For larger offices we can also quote for all your cleaning and janitorial supplies.
Does the cleaner need a key?
Yes, if the cleaning is required to take place out of office hours the cleaner will need a key to get access to your office.
